An Introduction to the Features of Huapeng Dry-type Transformers
我公司生产的 SC(B)10 型产品为国内首批领有产品型号证书的低噪声低损耗树脂浇注
线圈干式变压器。我公司生产的SC(H)B11型干式电力变压器，是在GB/T10228-2008《干式
电力变压器技术参数和要求》基础上把空载损耗降低 20%以上、负载损耗降低 5%以上的、
绝缘等级为 H 级、低噪声、低损耗的产品。由于先进的设计，优质的材料，科学的配方，
严格的工艺和高标准的检测，使产品具有如下特点：
Huapeng is the first company which is issued the type certification of low-noise,
low-loss cast-resin dry-type transformers in China. Our dry-type transformers have more
than 20% reduction in the no-load loss, 5% reduction in the load loss of GB/T10228-2008,
H class insulation, and low-noise level. The advanced design, qualified materials,
scientific formula, strict process, and high standard test ensure the transformers to have
following characteristics:
1. 高低压绕组均采用玻璃纤维毡填充包绕，真空状态下用不加填料的环氧树脂浇注，固化
后形成坚固的圆筒形整体，机械强度高，局部放电小，可靠性高。
Both the HV and LV windings are surrounded and filled by glass fiber mats, no filler
in epoxy resin during casting under vacuum condition. The windings will be solidified
to form a solid cylindrical overall, with high mechanical strength and high reliability
and no partial discharge.
2. 阻燃、防爆、不污染环境。缠绕线圈的玻璃纤维等绝缘材料具有自熄特性，不会因短路
产生电弧，高热下树脂不会产生有毒有害气体。
Fire and explosion proof, do not pollute the environment. Coil winding insulation
materials such as glass fiber with self-extinguishing properties, and will not arcing
when short-circuit happened; heat the resin will not produce toxic or harmful gases.
3. 线圈不吸潮，铁心夹件有特殊的防蚀保护层，可在93%相对湿度以下及其他恶劣环境中
运行。间断运行无须去潮处理。
Coil does not absorb moisture, core clamps have a special corrosion protection layer,
and transformers can be abnormally running in the 93% relative humiditycondition.
1No need special treatment during intermittent service.
4. 抗短路、雷电冲击水平高。
High short circuit withstanding capability and lightning impulse level.
5. 线圈内外侧树脂层薄，散热性能好。冷却方式一般采用空气自然冷却（AN）。对于任何
防护等级的变压器，都可配置风冷系统（AF），以提高短时过载能力，确保安全运行。
Thin resin in both inner and outer of coil can ensure good heat dissipation. Normally
the transformer is air cooling type (AN). Force air cooling type (AF) can be used on
any transformer, in order to improve short-term overload capacity, to ensure safety
operation.
6. 损耗低，节能效果好，运行经济，可免维护。
Lower loss level and save energycan reduce the running cost, and all transformers are
maintenance-free.
7. 体积小，重量轻，占地空间小，安装费用低，不须考虑排油地、防火消防设施和备用电
源等。
Small size, light weight, small floor space, low cost of installation, no need to consider
the discharge of oil, fire and other fire control facilities and standby power.
8. 因无火灾、爆炸之虞，可分散装在负荷中心，充分靠近用电点，从而可以降低线路造价、
节省昂贵的低压设施费用。
Because there is no fire and explosion possibility, it can be easilyinstalled in anyplace
of load center and fully close to the power consumption equipment, thus reducing the
loss on the transmission line.

线圈干式变压器。我公司生产的SC(H)B11型干式电力变压器，是在GB/T10228-2008《干式
