感谢您购买我公司的高压变频调速系统。CHH系列高压变频调速系统是我公司设计制造的多电
平高压电气调速设备,适用于三相高压感应电动机。在使用前请阅读和理解本说明书中的各项内容,
以确保准确的使用。不正确的使用,将造成运行不正常或使用寿命的缩短。
本使用手册只适用我公司CHH系列高压变频器调速系统。
本使用说明书请随同变频调速系统一起妥善保管,以备随时使用。
3第一章 注意事项
1.1 安全需知
注意
(cid:151) 在安装、配线,运行、维护检查前,必须熟悉本说明书的内容,以确保正确使用。使
用时也必须熟知被驱动机械的情况和一切有关安全注意事项。
有关用途
注意
(cid:151) 本系列高压变频调速系统仅适用于三相高压感应电动机,不能改作其它用途,否则会
有危险。
(cid:151) 在本产品的故障将引起事故或损失的应用场合。则必须有相应的安全措施以防万一。
有关配线
注意
(cid:151) 在高压变频器的电源侧,要配用电路保护用的高压断路器。
(cid:151) 必须可靠连接地线。
(cid:151) 配线作业必须在我公司专业人员指导下,按照有关电气安全作业标准进行。
(cid:151) 必须在设备本体安装就位后再进行配线作业。
(cid:151) 必须确认电源的输入电源相数,额定输入电压应和变频器的额定一致。
(cid:151) 输出端子(U,V,W)决不能连接交流电源。

(cid:151) 移动、运输和放置设备时,设备放置位置要水平、平整。
(cid:151) 起吊设备时,要保证起吊设备的力量足够,起落过程要平缓。
(cid:151) 不要将线头、纸片、金属屑、工具等异物掉(留)在变频调速系统内。
(cid:151) 变频调速系统的组件受损时,请勿投入安装和运行。
(cid:151) 必须在必要位置安装防护栏(标有高压危险标志),设备运行中不得将其移走。

(cid:151) 必须严格按照说明书技术指导要求和国家标准配置接地线。
(cid:151) 配线作业必须由专业电气技术人员进行。
(cid:151) 必须在确认控制电路、主电路均没有电压输入的情况下,才能进行作业。
(cid:151) 输入和输出电缆要按照指示接线,不得接错,否则可能造成设备的损坏。
(cid:151) 确认输入电源符合产品技术规范要求。
(cid:151) 输入、输出线要符合绝缘、容量等要求。
(cid:151) 变频调速系统应该安装在阻燃物上,如金属支架、水泥地面上。
(cid:151) 变频调速系统的柜体内和附近不要放置易燃物品,包括设备图纸、说明书等。

(cid:151) 变频调速系统必须在各电气柜门关闭好后才能接通电源,电源接通后不能开
启柜门。
(cid:151) 湿手不能操作开关。
(cid:151) 在发生跳闸重新启动时,所设计的外围系统应确保人身与设备安全。
(cid:151) 变频调速系统接通电源时,即使处于停止状态,端子仍可能带电,不能接触。
(cid:151) 不能采取接通或断开主电路的方式来操作高压变频器的启停

CHH系列高压变频调速系统的设计、生产制造参照了最新版本的国家标准(GB或GB/T)及国
际电工委员会标准(IEC)及国际单位制(SI),作为最低设计技术指标,其相关部分技术参数可以
满足的国家标准(GB或GB/T)及国际电工委员会标准(IEC)标准要求。
